Started the day with a western breakfast.
yes... Délifrance ...
good breakfast for starting a day like this.
I took the subway to the Gion district.
The reason for me comming here was not to obsessively stalk any Geiko or Maiko i could spot,
I promised myself not to take pictures of any Geiko/Maiko and respect their privacy.
I wanted to experience the streets myself and see the way the buildings work.
Yasaka Shrine
combine rocket
This roof reminds me of a french architect.
super sweet motorcycle (like so many here)
Kyoto city hall
Subway (like Shanghai's)
Hmmmm, imagine that as a washitsu penthouse...
Nijō Castle.
inside no pictures, but very interesting spaces
view to Kyoto station from the top if Kyoto tower, a 360° awsome view.
how do you mean? Building technics?
i returned to Gion that evening after dinner to have the evening experience to...
this lucky shot was totaly unexpected,
after fumbling with the manual settings to get the lighting right,
she walked right into the picture when i snapped.
